I spent a night camping on Etheridge Ridge, I’d studied the weather forecast and decide that I would take the risk of camping in such an exposed spot, Seamans Hut was only 1km away so that would be my emergency shelter if something went wrong. As it was I woke up to a slightly misty morning that very quickly turned into a crystal clear day. In the shot the foreground is Etheridge Ridge and that’s Muellers Peak in the background with the northern slopes of Mt Townsend behind it and to the left.
